Doing Good 3: FashionABLE

Why do Monday’s always seem to come so fast? I’m still a bit sleepy after my candy binges from yesterday, but here I am to bring you a little taste of my Saturday outfit and to spread the good word about fashionABLE.fashionABLE

Have you heard about the company fashionABLE? They’re an awesome scarf company that aims to create jobs and opportunities for vulnerable women in Africa.  I’ve made it clear that I really like companies who want to do something good but you also should know that I also like to get involved with various women’s movements (R.E.S.P.E.C.T., ya heard?). Obviously fashionABLE tugged at my heartstrings immediately. I like that they’re goal is to help women and create sustainable business in Africa. All they ask me to do is buy a silly old scarf. Well shucks- I can do that.

Their scarf options are always changing and if you like one you better act fast because they sell out. My fashionABLE scarf is light weight and made well. I’m looking to buy new spring scarves and I’m strongly considering the Anchinalu (white, dragonfruit tangerine…)the Meselu (in any color), or maybe the Saba (in purple).

PS- Like this little post? I bought myself a tripod and remote to start trying to add some outfit posts in here for ya… but I’m not a very good model. Leave me your tips, please!

  1. I love when you can feel good about buying a product because of what the company stands for, and this is a perfect example. Also, l-o-v-i-n-g the scarf itself. It reminds me of the beach!
